Daily SG: 18 Jul 2008
Posted by singaporedaily on July 18th, 2008
I was online at my brother’s place yesterday and there is definitely a problem accessing SGDaily from Singnet. Its not 100% inaccessible. I can load this page maybe 6 out of 10 tries. This is what I do:
- Search “singapore daily” in Google
- Click the “Cached” link of SGDaily in the search result
- You’ll get the cached version of SGDaily
- If the cached version is up to date, do a victory skip and dance :-)
- If its not up to date, click on either the links “Home” or “Daily Sg” (under Categories) on the left panel. You should be able to load this page. If it doesn’t, try again or go back to step 2 >.<
This problem is a royal pain in the butt. Please bear with us while I try to sort this out with GoDaddy and Singnet.

There will be no great migration to TOC; you know why? First of all; they do not write for money; they consider it a conflict of interest; secondly many questions have been asked here;
http://magnezium.blogspot.com/2008/06/internet-deregulation.html
Why don’t you start there. It will never go away. I do not know how to say this in just a few words; except to say they will stand.
I have spent nearly a month and a half in Primus; you all do not know them like I know them.

Let me give you an example of their will; darkness had an issue with his church; he was asked to resolve it; he refused, not even in the name of Christ; he insisted answer my question; hundreds, if no thousands were lost as a result of it; did he care? No, is the answer.
Today the question still stands; he is still around like a big dog; but one thing is assured; the injustices that fell on him NEVER ONCE OCCURED AGAIN. Everyone related to that case was either sacked; went into hidding or decided to migrate, but the question still stands!
What does that tell you? They don’t care abt the greater good; they only care abt their own good.
You all fucked around with the wrong people

Y2K,
Just one question. When the FILB uses words such as “reconstituted” at the end of each new BP article what does it actually mean?
Like so:
http://dotseng.wordpress.com/2008/07/18/is-the-internet-dumbing-down-singapore-%e2%80%93-a-study-in-irrelevance-vs-relevance/
I believe. I am not the only person who has been asking this question.
Another thing can we please have a new navigation site to track new articles from the FILB. I have noticed many articles seem to be bypassing us as there is no way of notification. In the past, although the BP had a lousy system, they still had a system. Now there is no system at all??????????????????????
Constructive feed back :)
