    soojenn:

It seems and appear that some websites use “moderation” of comments as an excuse to not print comments that are not supporting the articles that are presented, espcially if this is reflecting and showing the shrotcomings of the editorial board or the writers.

I would have thought that TOC who is claiming to try? to be an alternative media for Singaporeans would be better that their counterpart in the MSM, the ST, to NOT try to censor comments, unless they are racial or religious comments, or a better excuse they (TOC) appear to use “moderate” to screen out negative comments out of their website”.

This is the new media, incase TOC has forgotten? If they don’t print the comments there, several options are still available, print it here at the Singaporedaily wo doesn’t “moderate” out negative comments, or perhaps even at the Wayang Party.

In this case, I have posted the comments at

    http://soojenn.blogspot.com/2009/03/moderation-of-comments.html

    wayang censor for what:

Wayang Party censor for what? Nobody takes their site seriously anyway, everyone goes there for a good laugh at their expense. You see the recent piece they do?! Weekend go down to Khaw Boon Wan constituency to watch him kick football, then say the kids can be charged with assaulting their MP! ROTFL these guys are a bunch of idiots…

    worse than STOMP. Pathetic.
