Ng E-Jay’s objections to Lee Wei Ling’s suggestion of abandoning quarantine procedures is based on extremely sloppy data. I have done a more careful study that I believe demolishes the basis for his case.

I think you anti-Siew fellas should just back up and get your head screwed right. Allegations and lies.

Awesome stuff.
Yo sgdaily dudes …. we need a forum man. Uber-messy this commentsystem is. :)

Please do not jump to conclusion. I have seen no evident yet to all your claims to Siew or in this case SDP. So they are invited to talk… so? What a bunch of self-declared nuts. Stop this baseless speculations and get a life. WE will listen if you have any concrete proofs. I think you will never get it cause this is just your imaginations. Better go see a doctor in IMH. Report to Police if you think this is so true.

This is Siew Kum Hong.
The allegations that I asked for and/or have received and/or am receiving foreign funding are false. They are vicious lies and nothing short of character assassination.
You can find further details on my blog at http://siewkumhong.blogspot.com/2009/05/line-has-been-crossed.html.
For authentication purposes (since anyone can claim to be Siew Kum Hong), the substance of my posts on this website (if I do ever post again here) will also be published on my blog at siewkumhong.blogspot.com. All other posts purporting to be made by Siew Kum Hong should be treated as fake.

I’m glad that Mr Siew has cleared the air. I think it’s disgraceful that people can make these kinds of anonymous attacks on the internet and think they can get away with it. “Conerned Citizens” – what a joke.

We have deleted some of the comments that were posted over the weekend. We’ve said before: impersonation, trolling, bashing = delete.
If you have personal messages for someone, please leave them at that person’s blog.
For the record, SGDaily respects and supports all civil activists. It is their right and perogative to do what they feel is right and only God [whichever God they pray to] can judge them.
Peace guys.

hey sg daily,
i agree with sg follower. a forum would be easier to keep track of such stuff

hi sgdaily,
I also find that the comment page is not very neat as readers have to specify which articles in particular that they are commenting on to make any sense.
A forum, as proposed by many, should be seriously considered to make this site a better one.

An assault is a criminal offence, whether physically or verbally. Character assassination can be considered as a verbal assault, and therefore a criminal offence.
It is the right of anybody, both citizens and non-citizens, both ordinary people as well as a Member of Parliament (Nominated or Elected), both foreigners and locals, to make a report to the Police when a offence is seen or deemed to have been committed. Failure for anyone who has witnessed an offence, especially a criminal offence, being committed is tantamount to abetting the offence.
In that sense, technically speaking, if any public forum or blog site does not take any action to prevent an offence being committed and allow the “criminals” to continue to launch verbal assaults upon a Member of Parliament, then its owner, management and/or staff could be held equally responsible for the crime that has been or is being committed.
Once a police report has been made by the victim/s, or a witness, regarding a criminal offence being committed, the police will have to act immediately to investigate and to arrest or apprehend the culprit/s if their investigations can ascertain that a crime has been truly committed. Charges would have to be made and the culprits would have to be brought to court for justice to be done.

A forum? Sure. But only if there interest though.
