I thought PAP did well by not using “sue” tactics the last election. When the word “sue” is being used, there is a hint of suppression of opinions and appear to be punitive, threatening. We must avoid at all cost, what more if it is a Minister. Singaporean have become more politically astute and so any “sue” tactics used will be seen as born-loser. For the sake of the party, the MP should adopt a stance of humility over hostility.
